John's reply/answer is that if they want to keep their best salesman, they should stop insisting that he goes to these pointless/ useless meetings and on sales visits.What do you say?

B I'm afraid you have to go to these meetings, they're part of your training. And the sales visits are excellent experience for every sales person. (19)
